The Retail People Magazine Release its Summer Issue “The Evolving Face of Customer Experience”

The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres & Retailers (MECS+R), the long-standing and largest retail trade body in the Middle East launch its summer edition of the Retail People Magazine (RPM), with its theme “The Evolving Face of Customer Experience.” RPM is the official magazine of the MECS+R with its one-stop source of information and communication to provide the latest update on shopping centres, retail brands and news dedicated to the retail industry community locally, regionally and globally.

In an ever-changing world where technology is constantly evolving, the demand for experience, excitement and emotions has just reached a new level. Retail is such an environment that has also been affected, where it reaches a point that it needs to either adapt and change or otherwise it will be left behind. A positive customer experience is crucial to the success of your business because a happy customer is one who is likely to become a loyal customer who can help you increase your revenue.
